He&#039;s the one that does those weird 3D street chalk drawings.  If you&#039;ve never seen it, check out the 2nd link and I think you&#039;ll agree he fits the profile.  I&#039;m pretty sure there are other artists doing this, but I see his work most often and I think he&#039;s the best.</description>
